Your New Favorite Rockers: The Inoculated Canaries
New York quartet The Inoculated Canaries are on a roll. Last year saw the release of their first EP, Trying Times, and the four-piece rock act has already released three new singles in 2019.

The band takes inspiration from a wide array rock-based acts, from Foo Fighters to Pink Floyd to modern groups like Tame Impala and Cage the Elephant. But that doesn’t mean the band is too afraid to experiment with new sounds and creative instrumentation. Their latest release, “Sneakers,” which dropped in April, features an upbeat, horn-driven melody, groovy guitars, and a lovesick, sing-along chorus.

On both “Sneakers” and one of the other new tracks, “The Lawyer’s Wife,” The Inoculated Canaries had the opportunity to work with producer Matt Squire. Squire is known for his work with leading hitmakers like Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato and veteran rockers The Used and Taking Back Sunday alike.
The band takes a classic storyteller’s approach on their March release, “The Lawyer’s Wife,” another rock cut with cool guitars and a catchy chorus.

The Inoculated Canaries have been up to much more than just recording and writing. The group had the chance to open for COIN earlier this year, among other live performances.
Be sure to keep an eye out for the five new tracks The Inoculated Canaries are planning on releasing throughout the rest of 2019. Their twist on a classic sound and their drive to constantly create and release new and fresh material makes them one to watch!
