Pop Artist Maggie Schneider Releases "Don't Tell Me"

Remember the band Everlife from the early 2000s? Well, Maggie Schneider is the solo version of them in 2019. She is a female driving force in the alternative and pop-punk scene that needs to be recognized.

Her energetic and exciting voice gives us all of the Hayley Williams vibes that we could use back in our lives. Maggie is also comparable to front woman, Bonnie Fraser, from Stand Atlantic. Her real and raw lyrics takes listeners to that gritty and unpolished place that many other artists today fail to do.

After being fed up with trying to fit in and being liked by everyone, Maggie exclaims, “I’m really done being anyone else but me” in her newest song entitled "Don't Tell Me." Her honest words will leave you speechless and in a state of self-reflection, while also being empowered and motivated to exercise your uniqueness. I believe that there needs to be more female representation in alternative and pop-punk music, and Maggie Schneider will be recognized as one of those role models.
