Madeline Finn Unveils Video for "Save Yourself"

Madeline Finn has unveiled the new music video for her single, “Save Yourself.” The video embodies the song’s deeply personal lyrics and theme, and is both heavy and folk, perfectly summarising the style she’s best known for. The video was directed by the Overlook Entertainment creative team, consisting of Rob Ortenzi and Deanna Zamudio. Finn tells the magazine that the song "is an exploration into instrumentation, emotion, and honesty…one that I felt led to share with anyone who has ever experienced the toil of unhealthy examples of love."

In her solo work, Madeline Finn touches on a wide range of sonic directions: sparse folk, meditative piano ballads, twangy rock, and string-laced indie. Luckily, her voice makes it possible to sing any kind of genre she likes. She was a Top 70 American Idol finalist in 2018, and has fronted two bands, Envoi and Whiskey Hollow. Currently, she is putting out new solo music with an album mixed by Dave Schiffman (Jimmy Eat World, Weezer, Frank Turner) later this year.
