Until I Wake Release Sophomore Single 'Self Medicated'
Buffalo, New York's metalcore band Until I Wake released their sophomore single "Self Medicated". This single explores the more accessible rock side of the band while continuing the theme of addressing depression and addiction. They formed earlier this year and they have already have caught the attention of Kerrang!, Loudwire and a handful of large playlists. Their third single will be released in the spring.
"The video portrays our frontman Cody drinking alone in a hotel room, when he passes out, his band mates try to help him," says bassist Ryan Ridley. "He runs away from the situation, but upon reflecting in isolation he returns to the room and seeks out the friendship and comradery of his friends."
