The Beautiful Mistake Release 5-Song EP "You're Not Broken. I Am"
San Diego, California emo/post hardcore/rock band The Beautiful Mistake released their 5-track EP You're Not Broken. I Am and the music video for their single "East of Eden".
Originally formed 2000, they took a long hiatus but now they're back with new music. This is after their first two full-length albums 2002 debut Light A Match, For I Deserve To Burn and 2004's This Is Who You Are. Along with these two albums, they had also released two EPs and various songs featured on different complication albums.
Formed by Josh Hagquist, Shawn Grover, Josh Quesada, and Steve Dunlap following the breakup of their previous band, Ember, the band went through numerous member changes with Hagquist (vocals–guitar) remaining the constant in each incarnation of the band. The Beautiful Mistake released albums on SideCho Records, The Militia Group and Reignition Records and had songs and videos featured on Victory Records and Hopeless Records. They had also toured with numerous hardcore, punk, and rock bands.
