Andria Piperni Releases Single 'Coming Home To You'
Montreal singer/songwriter Andria Piperni recently released her single "Coming Home To You".
Her music style blends Neo-soul, R&B, and jazz when combined creates a fretting but familiar feeling. From a young age she had a love to use creative expression through dancing and singing. She had spent a lot of her time training and teaching as a dancer while scribbling lyrics into her notebooks which eventually led her to being developing a deep passion for storytelling and human connection through her music.
In 2018, her debut single "Say Something" made its way onto Canada's R&B/Soul iTunes chart and garnered acclaim from EARMILK, Vents Magazine, Bong Mines, and more. Andria has since released three more singles, earning spots on popular Spotify playlists such as New Music Friday Canada, and has collaborated with a variety of artists including house DJ Andrew Pololos' hit single "Never Be The Same", which spent several weeks on Spotify's Viral 50 Canada chart.
"Last year, my boyfriend and I moved in together. After years of living apart, we felt so excited and grateful to start and end each day together; it’s incredible how your outlook can change when you’re waking up to love. Shortly after that, I wrote “Coming Home To You” — my take on what that feels like.
This song was produced by Chris Vincent, a talented multi-instrumentalist who really helped bring my vision to life. I brought “Coming Home To You” to him in a stripped-down acoustic form and together we transformed the song while recording at his home studio in Montreal.
When you've fallen in love with someone who truly makes you happy, your perspective of the world changes. Everything seems brighter, warmer, more colourful.
This song is an ode to all that you never really appreciated before — the little things that make life beautiful. I hope it reminds you of how love can turn the ordinary into the extraordinary."
